These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 131pub ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 131pub website located at https://131pub.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 131pub platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

To register and use the 131pub platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 131pub platform for any reason.

131pub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 131pub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 131pub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 131pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

131pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 131pub account, whether or not authorized by you.

131pub reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 131pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 131pub account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• 131pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players must complete the KYC process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 131pub account holder.
• 131pub reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing security review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement.
• Any funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee at 131pub's discretion.

131pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

131pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified 131pub account and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• 131pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method intended to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 131pub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 131pub staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

131pub cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the 131pub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of 131pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 131pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 131pub.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any 131pub trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 131pub's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 131pub.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 131pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 131pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that 131pub takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

131pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 131pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the 131pub platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending bets or wagers at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud or Terms violation is involved.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 131pub customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

131pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 131pub will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practicable, 131pub will provide advance notice of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 131pub platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 131pub platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
